the staff were amazing and very helpful, particularly jandro and argelia! i had a twin room city view. it was very clean, and i found it close to the main city centre. i appreciated the speedy check-in and check-out processes.

i noticed some street noise late at night, though it did not bother me too much.

argelie and jandro took such good care of me!!! i even got a free upgrade to the family room and a bottle of wine when i got there. the bed was comfortable! the air conditioning worked so well too.

the room was a tiny, tiny bit cramped. it was still a great stay, though!

The location is quite accessible to many places. It is close to St Andrew's cathedral, townhall, qvb, and darling harbour. It is beneficial. The staff were accommodating from the day I arrived, tim and his partner let me check-in early and gave me complimentary water. THE service was welcome.

The room was quite small, even though it was a family room. It felt cramped with only two people occupying it. I found this disappointing.

the location was convenient. major train stations, good food options, and the icc were all close. parking was only a short walk away too. it made getting around quite easy.

the family room was small. it was difficult to move around when someone was by the bed. the bathroom was also very tiny. there was very little space for toiletries or getting dressed.

the location was great for accessing many asian eateries nearby the light rail was also very convenient. the room was adequate for my needs. the cleaning staff and the front desk staff were very helpful and friendly

the room was a very cramped space. i found it hard to open my bags without tripping. the signage on the street was not clear i walked past it a couple of times before finding the entrance
